Contact Center platforms based on Lync

I did a little research on Contact Center applications which are based on Lync. What I mean here that application can only work with Lync, the product is not a stand alone Contact Center solution which is integrated to Lync. I will not list and compare features, since everyone can go to the websites and study them. What I will list here is some demo videos which can give you some feeling about the solution.
